Well Yangon - the day started with a soso brekky.
Had cake at the Shangri-La later to make up for it. Most delicious! :D
Afterwards we went to buy tickets for the night bus to Bagan.
Also had a look around downtown
Sule Pagoda by day.
A detail of the city hall.

High Court
Most entertaining - on this truck was some furniture. For some reason the guys had decided not to use the gate and park the truck in front of the door but to leave the truck on the road and lift the furniture over the iron fence instead. Well the world is full of mysteries.
Some Mosque
Apparently it is better to travel by bus then by train.
Due to flooding and other distractions of tracks the railways are rather unreliable.
Waiting where we bought the bus tickets for the pickup to be brought to the central bus departure place at the outskirts of the city...
Street vendors
How they can do this squatting and feel comfy with it - I do not get it. Habit I guess. As I prefer to sit on chairs. This guy is the helper of our driver. Collecting the charge for the ride, commenting on traffic and jogging next to the car when traffic was slow. I could not detect the purpose of all his actionism but he sure enjoyed it. ;)
