We departed from the domestic part of Soekarno–Hatta International Airport.
The waiting area is designed like local community halls - out of wood
with carvings and lots of colour plus most amazing chandeliers.
An airport unlike any other - so lush & so green.
Got up at 6 am. At the airport around 9 am, flight due to leave around 11 am. Takes two hours, costs about 40 EUR. If one chooses a cheap airline as we did one has to consider, that one might end up boarding the plane, waits 30 minutes for takeoff due to technical issues, then has to leave the aircraft again to wait in the hall for another 45 minutes, to then board another plane which hopefully will make it...
